Who is responsible

What this website does

• No tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
• Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
• When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter (name, email, dates, message) and use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to handle your stay.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver the pages and keep them secure, the hosting provider processes technical access data such as IP address, time of access and browser type.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, your details are stored in a database at our database provider Supabase and used only to answer you and, if you book, to handle your stay. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a booking once they are no longer needed.

Online booking (Lodgify)

Bookings are handled by our booking system Lodgify. On the house pages, the Lodgify booking box loads once you scroll towards the booking section (or open it directly via a "Book" link). From that moment, Lodgify receives the technical data your browser sends (such as your IP address) and may set its own cookies; when you continue to the booking, you are taken to Lodgify's secure checkout. Before that, no connection to Lodgify is made.

The availability calendar on our pages is loaded from our own server, which asks Lodgify for free and booked dates. No personal data is sent to Lodgify for this.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Write to welcome@lofotenluxuryhome.com.
